Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any price changes before they take effect.

Refund Policy

All payments made to the Company are non-refundable. Once the registration process has been initiated, no refunds will be provided regardless of the outcome of the registration application.

Registration Process and Government Approval

The Company will make best efforts to complete your business registration successfully. However, we cannot guarantee approval by government authorities. The final decision regarding business registration approval rests solely with the government of British Columbia.

The Company is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or requests for additional information from government authorities during the registration process.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company assumes no responsibility for any losses, damages, or business impacts resulting from delays in processing, government rejections, or any other issues related to the business registration process.

The Company’s total liability for any claims under these Terms shall be strictly limited to the amount you have paid to the Company for the Service.

”AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the registration process will be successful or that it will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Data Privacy

The Company does not store user data beyond what is necessary to complete the registration process. Any information collected will be used solely for the purpose of business registration and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or government authorities for the registration process.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Disputes Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia, Canada.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
